About me

I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy in my consulting room near Old Street, and in some instances remotely. My practice is situated within the Freudian field and oriented by the teachings of Jacques Lacan. I continue my psychoanalytic formation at CFAR London, and I am a registered UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist. Besides practising privately, I have provided talking therapies and support in various mental health settings, including specialist services working with psychosis (Psychosis Therapy Project), racial trauma (USEMI Clinic), and suicide (The Listening Place), and as an in-house psychotherapist in higher education (City and Guilds London Art School).

I am active in the research and transmission of psychoanalytic and psychosocial ideas. My research interests encompass questions of desire, sexual politics, and the visual field, as well as the relationship between psychoanalysis and feminist, queer, and post/decolonial theories. I have authored a number of academic articles and book chapters, and I serve on the editorial team of the Journal of the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (JCFAR). I hold a degree in Film and TV from London College of Communication, and an MA in Psychosocial Studies from Birkbeck College.

I offer psychotherapy in English and Italian. I abide by the Code of Ethics of CFAR and UKCP.
